MINDFUL WORKSHOP
Saturday 11th February 2023
We would love you to join us for a beautiful new mindful workshop to create your own grounding /meditation stone. You will be encouraged to be focused during the creative process so that your creativity can flow.
Liz will explain the importance of being in the moment and lead you on a beautiful meditation to connect with your stone. Sarah will show us how to lace and where to place the decoration. All the stones and lacing are provided unless you have a special stone to bring.
The workshop will last approximately 3 hours and will be in Shillinglee, close to Haslemere and Petworth. Sarah has her saddlery workshop here, and we will be there. Sarah has a wood burning stove but please dress warmly as it can be chilly. There is plenty of parking on sight and tea and coffee will be provided alone with some homemade cake.
The charge is £50.00 for the day.
You may make more that one stone and can take them home with you.
Payment is by BACs and payment secures you place. If you have to cancel please try and fill your space. If we have to cancel then money will be refunded.
